4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • All payment plan installments are completely non-refundable

  • Failure to make any scheduled payment may result in immediate suspension of access
  • No refunds will be provided for any payments made, even if you discontinue the program
  • You remain obligated to pay all remaining installments even if you stop participating

If any payment fails or is missed:

  • Account will remain suspended until payment is successfully processed
  • Additional fees may apply for payment recovery

6. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1 No Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS AFTER PROGRAM START

Once any program, course, or coaching service has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Missed sessions or appointments
  • Change of schedule or personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with the program content or results
  • Technical difficulties or inability to access materials
  • Change of mind or financial hardship

6.2 Program Start Definition

A program is considered "started" when:

  • You gain access to course materials or community
  • Your first coaching session is completed
  • You attend your first scheduled call or session
  • 48 hours have passed since purchase, whichever comes first

6.3 Pre-Start Cancellation

Cancellations requested before program start may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to administrative fees.

7. ACCESS AND DIGITAL DELIVERY

7.1 Course Access

  • Lifetime Access: Course materials remain accessible for the lifetime of the course platform
  • Access is provided through our learning management system powered by Kajabi
  • You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials
  • Access is non-transferable and for your personal use only

7.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Compatible devices and browsers
  • Current software and security updates

7.3 Platform Dependencies

Our courses are delivered through third-party platforms including Kajabi (subject to Kajabi's Terms of Service). Service availability depends on these platforms' continued operation.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, materials, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Hubie Interactive LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND HUBIE INTERACTIVE LLC INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
